MD ABDUL MUQTADIR

Md Abdul Muqtadir is Manager, BMS Automation and Security at Xebec Building Intelligence Systems — the building-automation arm of Xebec Trading Services Ltd., a Schneider Electric EcoXpert Partner and local OEM partner for HID Global, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Muqtadir leads delivery across the complete lifecycle of intelligent building and security systems. On the automation side, that means designing and integrating building management systems on platforms such as Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) with SpaceLogic and SmartX controllers, and bringing third-party plant — chillers, metering, and field devices — onto the BMS over open protocols such as Modbus. On the life-safety and security side, Muqtadir directs fire alarm and access-control delivery across HID and other controller ecosystems. Beyond the field, Muqtadir owns much of the commercial engineering work — tenders, bills of quantities, and technical proposals — and oversees both on-site and remote commissioning support. A software-development background rounds out the role, with internal HR, attendance, and workforce-management tools built in Flutter and Supabase.
